The Guest of Honor will be invited to “kick off” the celebration by cooking or baking a basic step alongside the Host Chef in our French Bistro inspired open kitchen overlooking all the Guests. Perfect photo op!!

Guests will join in at their own culinary stations within the Studio as the Host Chef guides your party through the recipe steps. Once the basics of our recipe have been completed, we will have an intermission to allow for cooking & baking time. This is the perfect time for refreshments, cake & celebration! During celebration time, the host Chef will be resetting and tidying up cooking stations to prepare for your Party’s next steps.

The grand finale of the celebration is when we gather for the final presentation of our culinary creations!
Get ready to show off those yummy masterpieces! We’ll even Snap a group photo that’s centered around The Guest of Honor for a lasting memento. The Host Chef will facilitate packaging up the Guest’s foods in to-go containers.

All culinary creations are designed to be “Make & Take” the same day, which means your party Guests will bring home their foods at the end of your celebration!

Parties and events at our Studio are always interactive and entertaining! Our team of experienced artists will lead your event with step-by-step instructions and hands-on guidance that is sure to leave all your guests feeling proud to showcase their latest masterpiece! You can sit back, relax, and enjoy watching your party-goers explore their artistic side while having fun!

The Guest of Honor will be invited to “kick off” the celebration by painting a basic step alongside the lead artist at our signature mahogany easel (and don’t worry- we are there to help them every step of the way!).

Once the basics of our painting have been completed, we will have an intermission to allow for drying time. This is the perfect time for pizza or snacks, cake & celebration! During this celebration time, our artists will be refreshing paint palettes, brushes, and monitoring drying progress in preparation for the next steps of the event!

The grand finale of your celebration is when we gather for a group photo that’s centered around the The Guest of Honor! Get ready to show off those completed masterpieces and we would be happy to take group photos for you in the studio. Say… “Picasso!”

About Your Party: Know Before You Go!

Host Family Studio Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled event and check in at the front desk. The recommended arrival time should be outlined on your reservation sheet from Hammar’s Studio. Our Studio team will introduce themselves and assist you with arranging any items relating to your party. *We will also verify with you the projected number of guests and place your pizza order if you are ordering. Please Note: We know everyone is excited for the big party and we want to be prepared for you! Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled event as we may not have completed setup from the previous event, or our staff could be out of the studio on a scheduled break.

Decorations: Reserving Families are welcome to bring in and display their own balloons and table top decorations. Hammar’s Studio does NOT PERMIT ANY decorations to be adhered in any way (tied, glue, tapes, or any substances) to the Studio’s walls, ceilings, or any furniture or equipment.

Party paper goods and supplies: Party host supplies will be laid out for your event and available for you. We will show you where the cake cutter & server are, matches, bottle openers and suggest where to set up your cake. If you need to utilize the freezer for ice cream, please let your Party Host know and we are happy to assist you with it. If there is something you are missing or in need of, please don’t be shy!! Let one of our Studio Associates know and we will be happy to assist you.

Hammar’s Studio now offers: Specialty candles and other fun party treats for sale in our Retail area as you enter the Studio. Ask an associate for details.

Yes. Your party may bring in any food you choose at the start of the event. Outside deliveries are not permitted. We also do NOT permit any snacking during the presentation and activity time. We highly suggest that snacks are kept simple and introduced during the break period during your event. Your Lead Artist Party Host will narrate to the group and keep the host family abreast as to the time frame for the celebration break. *The break timing DEPENDS on the painting you are creating.

*Our studio utilizes a select Pizza vendor that offers us preferred delivery service to ensure your celebration is uninterrupted. Please understand that we can not allow outside food deliveries during birthday parties.

Food Safety: *We kindly ask that your party refrains from bringing in: grapes, popcorn, lollypops, hard candies, gum and snacks that contain nuts.*Please speak to a Studio associate if your child or a guest has allergy or dietary restrictions that need accommodations.

Our Studio requires that NO MORE THAN 2 adults stay in the Studio area during the event. There are benches and seating in the main Studio area or the host family can decide if they would like to assume responsibility for all the guests of the party.Ultimately, it is up to the birthday host family to decide who will be responsible for the guests at the party. For parties with children 5 years old and older, we highly suggest parents of the guests drop off their children and return at the party end time and the reserving host family of the event would be responsible for the group.

This policy pertains to teenagers as well; any party participants under the age of 18 must be under the “care” of at least 1 adult who is attending the party at all times.

She enjoyed every second from the large selection of paintings she could choose from to the cool glitter tattoos and the delicious pizza! Eric was our instructor and he did a great job with the kids. He helped the kids to make some amazing paintings and was very patient with them! We really appreciate the work he did to make this a great day. This was our second year having a birthday party there and we will definitely be doing it again!
