Studio Directors have an integral role of executing brand initiatives, are responsible for leading and overseeing small teams, and oversee core brand programming across multiple locations. Lead Artists are responsible for the successful execution of weekly programs and events from start to finish including managing Associate Artists, giving great customer service and creating loyal clients. We are looking for energetic and confident Lead artists who have an eye for details and are as comfortable engaging kids ages 2+ as they are with adults and corporate events. The Lead Artist will host and teach our weekly programs and art entertainment events including workshops, birthday parties, field trips and more. Sometimes you will work solo, other times, you will lead a team for larger events. Must be able to manage a crew to make the event a success. Event, team management and customer service experience required.

Our Culinary Instructors are the official event leader and are responsible for the success of the class or event from start to finish; including managing the assistants, demonstrating great customer service and creating loyal clients. Strong familiarity with the kitchen and cooking and baking skills required. This person will host, lead and teach our culinary events for our weekly kid’s cooking programs, adult cooking workshops, kids camps, birthday parties, field trips and more.

You’ll be in charge of developing a revenue management strategy to maximize profitability for everyday sales in areas such as retail storefronts, weekly programs, summer camps and private events. Are you a natural organizer who thrives when you get to bring order to complex systems? We are seeking a sales-charged and experienced administrative coordinator to join our growing Studio Team. In this position, you will play a key role in streamlining our company’s workflow as the link between various departments, employees, contractors and vendors. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized front office, performing administrative and clerical duties, and assisting other employees as needed.
Are you a people-person who’s passionate about art? Do you enjoy seeing people create art and marvel at their work? Studio Artists are responsible for engaging with walk-in Guests in a retail studio environment and guiding them through awesome painting experiences! Responsibilities include greeting, selling, registering Guests, assisting with event activities, art material preparations, restocking and organizing. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and communicate well with all ages. The ability to follow directions and be a team player are a must.
