Dress appropriately for a public event with family and friends. While we cannot guarantee you will not wear any of the paint given to you, we supply every Hammar’s Studios’ patrons with a professional grade Apron to protect your clothing from inadvertent outpourings of creativity as best as possible!

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled event and check in at the front desk. The recommended arrival time should be outlined on your event registration form via Hammar’s Studio. Our Studio team will introduce themselves and assist you with orienting you and your party to your event!

Private events are permitted to bring in their own food and drinks before your party is started. We do not allow delivery services.

Yes. Our Studio is guaranteeing your private creative experience in our Studios during the time you’re requesting. Reservations require a $100.00 deposit that’s fully refundable with a 14 day written (email) cancellation to: info@hammarsartstudio.com.

The 100$ deposit will be applied towards your party’s group balance. The Host of the event is responsible for the party, total party balance, and all supervision of party participants. Hammar’s Studios will only accept payments towards the party from the party Host.

Hammar’s Studios acknowledges that your group will most likely only have a “soft” guest count a few days prior to the event. No problem! You will only be responsible for the party minimum participants and above; final payment for the event is required before the end of your scheduled event. Your Lead Artist who’s directing your event will communicate with you to collect the balance.

Tips for exceptional customer service is greatly appreciated, but not required.

Everyone in your party who is staying in our Studio when your event begins needs to be a paid participant.
